1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing viralradar.io, or utilizing any of our automated telemetry tools, APIs, transcript extractors, or script studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).

2. Description of Service

Viral Radar (operated by Viral Radar Inc.) provides an intelligence and research workstation for short-form video creators. Features include velocity monitoring (+views/hour), outlier multiplier analytics, transcript extraction, and AI-assisted viral script structuring ("Viral Radar v1").

3. Subscriptions, 3-Day Trial & Transparent Billing

• $0.99 3-Day Creator Trial: New accounts may activate a 72-hour full-access trial for $0.99 USD. The trial unlocks all historical windows (24h, 3d, 7d, 15d, 30d), unblurred Curiosity Vault outliers, and an initial allocation of script generation credits.
• Transparent Automatic Renewal: Billed $0.99 today for 3 days of full access. Auto-renews at $29/mo after 72 hours unless canceled with 1 click in Settings. Zero hidden fees.
• 1-Click Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your prepaid period. Refer to our Refund Policy for 7-day grace window terms.

4. Intellectual Property, Font & Image Licensing

• Your Generated Scripts: You retain 100% full commercial copyright, title, and ownership over all new scripts, hooks, outlines, and remake videos produced through the Viral Radar v1 Script Studio. Viral Radar claims zero royalty or equity in your creative output.
• Font Licensing: All brand typography deployed across the Viral Radar web application is legally licensed for commercial distribution. Plus Jakarta Sans and Instrument Serif are utilized under the SIL Open Font License (OFL 1.1). JetBrains Mono is distributed under the Apache License 2.0.
• Image & Platform Metadata Licensing: Video cover frames, channel handles, and view metrics referenced across feed cards are indexed publicly under fair use principles for comparative market intelligence and transformative critique. Trademarks and brand logos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) belong to their respective corporate entities.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Viral Radar platform. Specifically, you may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary outlier scoring algorithms.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized headless scrapers to mass-extract our indexed feed database.
• Probe, scan, or attack administrative control routes (e.g., /hq-control, /_hq_*).
• Generate scripts intended for defamation, hate speech, harassment, or unlawful impersonation.
