1. Our Transparency Pledge
At Viral Radar (operated by Viral Radar Inc.), we believe in zero hidden fees, zero dark patterns, and completely transparent subscription terms. We design our billing so creators always have full control over their investment.
2. 3-Day Full-Access Trial ($0.99)
How the $0.99 Trial Works:
- Immediate Access: When activating the trial, you pay $0.99 today for 72 continuous hours (3 full days) of unrestricted Creator Plan access across all regional feeds, outlier multipliers, and script studio credits.
- Automatic Renewal Terms: Following the 72-hour trial window, your subscription automatically renews into the monthly Creator Plan at $29.00 USD/month unless cancelled beforehand.
- 1-Click Cancellation: You may cancel anytime during your 72-hour trial directly inside your dashboard under Settings → Manage Subscription. Upon cancellation, no further charges will ever occur.
3. Monthly Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your active monthly subscription (Creator Plan or Pro Growth) at any point. You will retain full workstation access until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees or require telephone confirmation.
4. 3-Day Trial Refund Guarantee
Test Viral Radar on the $0.99 trial. You may apply for a full refund strictly within the first 3 days of your trial period. To apply, submit a ticket via our Support Desk or email us at support@viralradar.io.
- Trial Period Window: Refund requests apply strictly within the first 3 days of the trial period.
- Technical Failure: If an unforeseen system error or platform outage prevented you from accessing the feed or transcript services during your active window, our support desk will issue an expedited full refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, visit our dedicated Support & Help Desk or send an email to support@viralradar.io with the subject line "Trial Refund Request" and include your registered account email. All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Funds typically reflect in your bank or card statement within 3 to 5 business days.
