Viral Radar ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Viral Radar Inc. (Delaware, USA), provides autonomous velocity telemetry, outlier analytics, transcript extraction, and script generation for short-form video creators. We respect your fundamental privacy rights and are fully committed to data minimization, zero unauthorized ad tracking, and complete transparent data erasure.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with our platform, we collect only the minimum required data:

• Account Data: Email address, name, authentication identifiers, and encrypted session credentials when you register via Supabase Auth or Google OAuth.
• Billing Information: Payment details, billing address, and transaction identifiers. All payment transactions are securely handled by Viral Radar Secure Billing (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant); we never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage & Workspace Telemetry: Video URLs submitted for transcript deconstruction, script generation history, bookmark activity, search query filters, and interface telemetry.
• Device & Network Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps stored in security audit logs for rate limiting and bot mitigation.

3. Data Minimization & Zero Ad Trackers

Viral Radar operates on a strict data minimization model. We do NOT integrate third-party ad networks, advertising pixels (such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel), or data brokers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

4. Publicly Available Platform Telemetry

Viral Radar aggregates public metadata from third-party short-form video hosting platforms (including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels). This includes public video titles, channel handles, view counters, upload timestamps, and public captions. We do not access or process private accounts, restricted direct messages, or non-public personal feeds.

5. AI Script Generation & Content Processing

When you submit public video URLs or audio files to our Transcript Studio or Script Studio, audio and text are processed using language models. We do not use your proprietary generated scripts or unpublished creator drafts to train public foundational AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

6. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Global Privacy)

Under applicable data protection laws (including the EU GDPR and California Consumer Privacy Act), you hold the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request rectification of inaccurate information.
• Instant Account Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Permanently erase your account, transcript history, and all stored data with 1 click directly in Settings → Privacy & Data Erasure.
• Opt out of any marketing or digest emails anytime via our self-service Unsubscribe Portal.
